Description and objective: You may be using existing staff to deliver in-house training. That is great – they will usually have a strong knowledge of the topic, the business’s priorities and employees’ expectations and needs. However in-house trainers will often need help with training skills i.e. how to capture the delegates’ enthusiasm and how to handle “difficult” delegates. This workshop gives in-house trainers these skills and more.
