Description and objective: In order to achieve their maximum potential, individuals need to have a high level of self-awareness and sensitivity to the impact of their behaviour on others. H2 Assertiveness Skills training will enable delegates to develop specific communication techniques that are invaluable in many situations. It covers the 3 categories of behaviour: passive, aggressive and assertive, and develops skills in dealing confidently and professionally with colleagues, suppliers and customers.
