Description and objective: Why should you attend?

As organisations are becoming more flexible, and as technology increases the opportunities for changes in structures and working patterns, the role of the secretary,
the PA and the team administrator is also changing. As well as predicting and responding to the needs of your boss, the role increasingly finds you taking on responsibility
for managing projects of your own and/or becoming integrated into departmental or cross-functional project teams.
At all levels of project responsibility you will require an understanding of essential project management theory, methodology and application. Along with developing your
practical project skills, this course will benefit you in all aspects of your role from day to day multi tasking to managing and leading project and change initiatives of all sizes.
