Description and objective: Many companies have developed the use of the telephone as a positive sales tool. Delegates will be able to practice making outbound calls through several telephone-recorded exercises in order to identify personal strengths and weaknesses.

The trainer will analyse calls and individually give feedback to delegates through a final recorded exercise. We introduce up to date techniques to ensure delegates make productive calls. This enables better results to be achieved through the use of correct structures and control techniques.
