Description and objective: Tailored one to one or group courses. Designed individually using your own appraisal process. Opportunity given for each delegate to practise performing an appraisal and see and listen to themselves on film. Each course will include preparation and planning techniques, listening, questionning and communication skills as well as learning to deal with conflict situations. We charge per course NOT per delegate. The course price is normally £895 per day with a maximum of 8 delegates.

Suitability: Managers who are responsible for carrying out appraisal or review meetings
