Leadership, self management, interpersonal skills, communication and team development are integral. Lots of practical tips, tools and techniques tailored around organisational objectives. Days can be split to review delegate progress between dates.
Price £ 1050 for up to 6 delegates. Add £85 p.p. thereafter

Suitability: For delegates new to role, being considered for role or as a refresher/update for established supervisors.
