Description and objective: What are organisational expectations of Team Leaders? What are the team's expectations? What are the Team Leader's expectations? The answer to these questions creates a skillset for a Team Leader. They need to set standards, develop others, communicate at different levels, support company intiatives, provide effective feedback, self manage, manage others, prioritise, delegate etc. CTD's comprehensive programme delivers the required skillset. Suitability: New Team Leaders or those who have occupied the role for a while who have development needs. Particularly appropriate for newly promoted Team Leaders.
