Description and objective: Introductory 1 day course that investigates the role of a Team Leader and the basic skill requirements. Topics include Effective feedback, Team roles, Communication, managing others and self management. Individuals strengths and weaknesses would be assessed.
Price PP (min 5) thereafter £65 pp

Suitability: New Team Leaders or those who have occupied the role for a while who have development needs. Particularly appropriate for newly promoted Team Leaders.
