Description and objective: Practical competency frameworks offer a structured but flexible means of assessing skills and competence in a designated role. Phoenix have developed a bank of competencies relating to management, sales, and customer service, and these can be adapted and tailored to meet individual organisational needs. Alternatively, we are happy to lead organisations through the process of building a competence framework from scratch, including Job Task Analysis, Key Performance Indicators, and Benchmarking.
