Description and objective: This course introduces the participants to the Myers Briggs Type Indicator. Participants will have the opportunity to complete the questionnaire and receive one on one feedback. This enhanced self awareness will then be used to look at the role of type in the workplace with regard to teams, management style, leadership, working styles etc.
