Topics covered include establishing aims and objectives, team development plans, change management, motivating the team and individuals, continuous improvement, facilitating meetings, managing obstructive team members, identifying blockages, having to "let go" and a variety of useful tips, tools and techniques.
Price inclusive up to 6 delegates. £80 p.p. thereafter.
