Description and objective: A DTI survery indicated that the three greatest weaknesses of managers are poor communication, lack of delegation and ineffective training of their teams. This practical course provides an insight into one of the core skills all managers must possess. As well as exploring what to delegate and when, it will provide immediately useful coaching and development techniques that are fundamental to effective delegation. Suitability: For managers, supervisors or team leaders who need a better understanding of how and when to delegate.
