Description and objective: It is natural for a customer or boss to want
to quiz you about what you have said. How
you deal with a difficult situation is often the
difference between success and failure.
We start with the easier questions that seek
confirmation and clarification, FAQs, and with
the simple things that can go wrong. Then, we
move onto tougher challenges that you can expect
to face. For example, how to handle objections on
price, or comparing you against your competitors
unfavourably, or disagreement and apathy.

You will learn when to use the words thrown at you and
when not, how to build and how to maintain physical composure.
This workshop provides you with proven techniques to deal
with difficult situations and then the opportunity to practise
them under the sort of pressure you experience at work.
