Description and objective: Interviewing techniques are often used without sufficient knowledge or skill to avoid common mistakes and pit-falls. The consequences can be costly, whether it is a bad recruitment decision, or an ineffective performance review. KTH Interview Skills Training equips participants with essential skills to ensure the best possible outcomes, using best practice processes. It gives participants the opportunity to identify and practice skills and techniques, through powerful role-play exercises and to develop personal action plans. Participants will learn how to: plan, prepare and conduct any interview; use listening and questioning skills more effectively; ensure positive outcomes through the use of powerful tools and techniques; and ensure anti-discriminatory practice.
