Description and objective: Outplacement is an effective and well-tested method of helping people readjust to changed circumstances with the minimum of difficulty and distress. It offers a mix of reassurance, skilled practical help and coaching, which is enormously helpful to anyone in search of a new job. At the same time it enhances the reputation of the sponsoring organisation.
The Training may be provided in the following formats:
A one-day Workshop, giving an over-view of the above topics, supported by basic reference notes, presented as a Manual.
A two-day Workshop, with practical work and skills training to augment the day one programme.
A three-day Workshop offering casework and role plays to achieve skills transfer
A customised programme of appropriate length, to the clients specification. We will provide support in developing that specification, if required.
