Description and objective: Change is a key feature of work today and is now very necessary for survival. New methods, approaches and practices can be very difficult to implement in the new, strange environments where people are uncertain of what is expected of them and what the future may hold. This course transfers models of change into pragmatic tools for managers and leaders to use to implement a change programme. The designer, Adrian Green, led major changes in Barclays and continues his research in association with Loughborough University.
