Description and objective: Mayfield’s Effective Induction training enables participants to design and implement positive, lively and effective induction programmes for new staff. Skills learnt include the planning of a programme, evaluating its effectiveness, and linking inductions to ongoing professional development.

This customisable course can be given over one or two days, at or near your premises. £1500 per day for up to twelve participants, excluding VAT and expenses; concessions are offered to non-profit organisations.
